<p>She was born January 5, 1923 in Vigo County, IN as the daughter of Lewis Albert and Gladys Miller Winn.  She married Francis South April 5, 1942.  He preceded her in death November 14, 2008.  She was a member of Eastern Star – Brazil #80. </p>
<p>She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Francis; son, Francis South Jr. in 2002; brothers, Abe Winn and Lawrence “Ted” Russel; sisters, Phoebe Nichol, Addie Boyle and Irene Shear.</p>
<p>She is survived by sons, Bill South and wife Michele, Columbia Station, OH and Tom South and wife Phyllis of Terre Haute, IN; daughters, Charlene Kelley and husband Jack of Columbus, IN; Beverly Hopper of Las Vegas, NV, and Nina Hylton and husband Ivin of Cory, IN; brother Paul Winn of Brazil, IN; Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other extended family.</p>
<p>Visitation will be September 9<sup>th</sup> at 1:30 p.m. at Moore Funeral Home.</p>
<p>Funeral services will be following at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Aaron Wheaton officiating.  Burial will follow at Calcutta Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Organization, 225 N Michigan Av, Suite 1700, Chicago IL 60601 in the memory of Nellie South.</p>

<p>She was born April 11, 1924 in Brazil, IN as the daughter of Edward and Theresa Terrell Spugnardi.  She graduated from Brazil High School.  She was married to Robert John Krampe who has preceded her in death.  She was a homemaker and also worked at Somheil Photography.  During county elections she often worked as a polling place worker.  She was a member of Annunciation Catholic Church and had been a member of the Clay County Home Ec Club.   She also enjoyed playing canasta with friends.</p>
<p>She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Robert.</p>
<p>She is survived by four daughters, Bobbie Gwin, Kathy Norris (John), Dianna Wetnight (Chuck) all of Brazil, and Theresa Krampe (Danna Korak) of Norman, OK; grandchildren, Laurea Cisco (Steve), Chris Krampe, Robert Norris, Jennifer Walters (Russell), and Amy Taylor; great grandchildren, Sullivan Cisco, Jaylynn Cisco, and Reagan Walters; and other extended family.</p>
<p>A burial service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday at Restlawn Cemetery by Moore Funeral Home.  A funeral mass will be conducted at Annunciation Catholic Church 1:00 p.m. Thursday.</p>

<p>He was born October 15, 1943 in Terre Haute, IN as the son of James Matthew and Maxine Catherine Snyder Deakins.  He graduated from Gerstmeyer High School.  He was owner and operator or his own exterminating business, Town &amp; Country Services.  He married Janette “Kim” Knox August 10, 1984 in Terre Haute, IN.  He enjoyed fishing, skeet shooting, and watching his son Matt play baseball.</p>
<p>He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Marilyn Rose Norton; grandson, Brad Earl Karn; and son-in-law, Steve White.</p>
<p>He is survived by his wife Kim; son, Matthew James Deakins; daughters, Shelly Ann Karn (Brad) and Sheila Jo White, all of Brazil; sisters, Janet Sue Hapenny of Seelyville, Sharon Lee Toteno of Terre Haute, and Rita Y. Nuss (Charles) of Seelyville; grandchildren, Jennifer Karn Clodfelter (Matt), Ben Karn (Penny), and Stephanie White, all of Brazil; great granddaughter, Julia Clodfelter of Brazil; several nieces and nephews; and other extended family.</p>
<p>Visitation will be 4 – 8 p.m. Thursday at Moore Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday with burial to follow at St. John’s Cemetery.</p>

<p>He was born October 6, 1922 in Caruthersville, MO as the son of Loyd W. and Lucinda Tanner Jenkins.  He worked at the Arketex plant and then as a heavy equipment operator until his retirement.  During World War II he served in the U.S. Navy from March 1942 until his Honorable Discharge October 1945 as a Signalman, Third Class. </p>
<p>He was a lifetime member of the American Legion Post #2 and VFW Post #1127 and a member of Operating Engineers Local 841.  He married Loretta Powell who survives him.</p>
<p>He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Alene and Pauline Lester.</p>
<p>He is survived by his wife Loretta Jenkins;  sister, Daisy Baker of Kentucky; daughter, Wanda Butts (Robert) of Brazil; sons, Lloyd Jenkins Jr. (Barbara June) of Brazil, Ron Jenkins (Claudia) of Brazil, and William Jenkins (Denise Hittle) of Tipton, IN, and Charles Jenkins (Carol) of Princeton, IN; ten grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and other extended family.</p>
<p>Visitation will be 4 – 8 p.m. Wednesday, August 25th and 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. Thursday at Moore Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor Clinton Lester officiating.  Burial with Military Honors will be at Calcutta Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the Indiana Alzheimer’s Association 50 E 91<sup>st</sup> St.  Ste 100 Indianapolis IN 46209-4830.</p>

<p>He was born July 24, 1937 in Seelyville, IN. as the son of Joe and Mary McKinney Burk.  He graduated from Glenn High School.  He married Carolyn Sue Riggle in 1955.  He was employed for many years at the IBM plant in Greencastle, IN until his retirement.  He enjoyed fishing, traveling, and camping. He enjoyed eating his daughter  Lynn Ann&#8217;s fried chicken and having morning coffee at McDonald&#8217;s in Brazil.  Tom was also a member of the Central Indiana Anglers.</p>
<p>He was preceded in death by his parents.</p>
<p>He is survived by his wife, Sue; sons, James Burk and Jay Burk (Michelle); daughters, Pam Hartman (Clark) and Lynn Ann Bartram (Randy); great grandchild, Desi Hartman; grandchildren, Reanna Hartman, Courtney Lash (Jason), Jessie Bartram, Katie Burk, , Thomas Burk, and Taylor Hartman; great grandchildren, Lane Deverick, Ryan Lash, Abbie Lash, sister Donna Novotney and other extended family.</p>

<p> She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Arnold Martin who died December 25, 2009.</p>
<p> She is survived by two sons, Gene Martin and John Martin of Derby, KS; daughters, Pam (Bill) Roytan of Carmel, IN and Janet (Craig) Chrispell of Plainfield, IN; grandchildren, Jackie, Paige, and Alexander Martin and Jennifer, Andrew, and Sarah Chrispell; brother-in-law, Kenneth (Alice) Martin of Iowa; and other extended family.</p>

<p>He was born August 28, 1928 in Brazil, IN as the son of Lyle and Mary E. Thomas Reinoehl.  He graduated from Van Buren High School.  He served in the U.S. Army until his Honorable Discharge.  He married Vera Louise Hallett October 20, 1957 in Lena, IN.  He worked as a farmer and a substitute mail carrier and spent 20 years with the Local 20 Sheet Metal Workers until his retirement.  He was a member of the McKinley Hill Church of Christ.</p>
<p>David was a loving husband, father and grandfather who always enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved the outdoors, gardening and hunting mushrooms. He also enjoyed watching his grandchildren’s sporting and school activities.</p>
<p>He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Olive Sumner, Lois Willison, and infant sister, Letha Alice Reinoehl; brothers, Wilbur, Leslie, and Robert Reinoehl.</p>
<p>He is survived by his wife,Vera Louise Reinoehl; children, Melissa Konkey (John) of Terre Haute, Lori Bussi of Boseman, MT, Mona Mager (Doug), Jim Reinoehl (Traci), Amy Rowan (Kenny), and Sheryl Eppert (Randy), all of Brazil; brothers, Phil Reinoehl and Dean Reinoehl (Maxine); sister, Roberta Ooley; sister-in-law, Wanda Hallett; grandchildren, Jennifer Winters, Andrew Konkey, Sarah Konkey, Garrett Mager, Logan Reinoehl, Landon Reinoehl, Maddi Reinoehl, Mikayla Rowan, Kennedy Rowan, Tess Eppert, Audrey Eppert, and Samuel Eppert; great granddaughter, Jade Winters; and other extended family.</p>

<p>She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Elmer S. Cox; brothers, Clifford, Herman, Gilbert, Elmer, Clee, Ray, James, and Earl Sinders; and sisters, Ethel Craig, Hazel Lowe, and Edith Miller.</p>
<p>She is survived by one son, Cerdric Cox (Jane) of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Angela Pogue (Michael) of Indianapolis and Brian C. Cox of South Palm Beach, FL; great grandchildren, Nicholas Nolting, Natalie Nolting, Cassidy Pogue, Evan Pogue, Victoria Cox, and Alex Cox; and other extended family.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Alan V. Martin, age 89 of Indianapolis, IN and formerly of Brazil, IN died July 2, 2010 in Indianapolis. </p>
<p>He was born June 7, 1920 in Clay County, IN as the son of Marion T. and Nellie Lucas Martin.  He graduated from Van Buren High School with the Class of 1938, Indiana State Teachers College in 1946 and went on to earn his Masters Degree from Indiana University.  He married Betty M. Schane September 12, 1947 in Hobart, IN.  She preceded him in death February 15, 1994.</p>
<p>Alan was a World War II veteran who served in the U.S. Army as a medical corpsman in the Pacific Theatre.  He was with American forces from Australia to New Guinea to the Philippines during the battles to liberate the Pacific islands from the Japanese.</p>
<p>Alan taught high school in several locations in Indiana and New Mexico including schools on the Zuni Indiana Reservation.  He retired in 1982 from Martinsville High School.</p>
<p>He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Basil Martin and Dale Martin, both of Brazil, IN.</p>
<p>Alan is survived by daughters, Linda Huttsell (Fred) of Indianapolis and Louisa Purcell of Bloomington; grandchildren, Emily Purcell, Megan Brown, and Elizabeth Kappler (Paul); great-granchildren, Alan and Anna Kappler; sister-in-law, Lucy Martin of Brazil; stepchildren from Alan’s second wife, W. Jean Sneddon-Martin, Susan Frick (Roger) of Indianapolis, Lori Horn (Troy) of Plainfield, Bill Sneddon and Mary Hyatt of Brazil, and TJ Sneddon (Susan) of Brazil.</p>
<p>Moore Funeral Home was chosen to provide cremation and memorial services.  Following cremation, a private graveside memorial and burial service was conducted Saturday, July 17, 2010 at Croys Creek Cemetery.</p>

<p>He was born November 3, 1921 in Reelsville, IN as the son of Harry and Eva Parrish Bond.  Following graduation from high school he joined the U.S. Coast Guard and served from 1942 until his honorable discharge December 18, 1945.  He worked until retirement as a truck driver.  He was married to Lucreshia Barnett who survives.   He was a member of the VFW, Teamsters Union, and the Eagles Lodge.  He enjoyed deer hunting and watching NASCAR races.</p>
<p>He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Norman Bond; and granddaughter, Becky Pierce.</p>
<p>He is survived by his wife, Lucreshia Bond; sons, Chuck Bond of Greencastle and Tom Bond (Tammy) of Carbon; daughters, Tracy Bailey and Tammy Batchelor both of Reelsville; 10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; sister, Norma Morlan of California; and other extended family.</p>
<p>Visitation will be 4 – 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 20<sup>th</sup> at Moore Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 21<sup>st</sup>  at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at Calcutta Cemetery.</p>

<p>She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Robert Reese. </p>
<p>She is survived by three sons, Jeff Lohrman (Carrie) of Lafayette, IN, Mike Clifton (Terry) of Kansas City, KS, and Ron Lohrman of Panama City Beach, FL; two daughters, Rhonda Swisher (John) of Indianapolis and Karen Trout of Brazil; nine grandchildren, Tami Bryan, Gwen James, Heather Martin, Tony Trout, Cooper Trout, Amanda Clifton, Payton Russell, Monica Adams, and Ben Trout; great grandchildren, Christian Bryan, Hannah Bryan, Dakota James, Ava James, Emma Martin, Jacob, Ashton, and McKenzie; one brother, Larry Reese; and other extended family.</p>

<p>He was born February 21, 1916 in Poland, IN as the son of Albert H. and Iva Edna Neese Bullerdick.  He married Lavera “Tootie” Stewart June 12, 1948 in Brazil, IN.  He was a farmer all of his life and he also worked for the Gulf Pipeline Company as a backhoe operator.  He enjoyed morning talks with friends at the store in Poland and liked keeping an eye on his crops.</p>
<p>He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Lavera  who preceded him in death January 10, 2010; brothers Clyde and Rex Bullerdick; and sister, Edna Ahlemeyer.</p>
<p>He is survived by one son, Larry (Patrice) Bullerdick of Poland; one daughter, Billinda “Binny” (Jerry) Rice of Crawfordsville, IN; sister, Helen Kinder of Newberg, OR; grandchildren, Angela Alvey (Michael) of Louisville, KY and Patrick Rice (Cassie) of Jasper, IN; step grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and friends and staff at The Waters.</p>

Hughes on November 6, 1960.  He preceded her in death September 13, 2005.  She had worked at the Windbreaker Plant, Columbia Records and the Pillsbury Company.  She was a member of the Heltonville Christian Church.</p>
<p>She married Larry McDonald on January 24, 2009 in Magnolia, Texas. </p>
<p>She enjoyed traveling, working in her flower garden and spending time with friends and family.  She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s activities and sporting events.  She was a fun-loving person who always brought laughter and smiles to those around her.</p>
<p>She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Stanley; and grandson Zachary S. Minor.</p>
<p>She is survived by husband Larry McDonald; daughters, Shelley (Jeff) Minor of Brazil, Anita (Jon) Russell of Brazil, and Pam (Andy) Craig of North Vernon, IN; son, Ed (Kim) Hughes of Brazil; grandchildren, Hannah &amp; Bryce Minor, Austin &amp; Madison Russell, Danielle, Trevor, Tiffany &amp; Derek Craig, Carrie (Greg) Lovett, and Travis, Shawn, &amp; Heather Hughes; great grandchildren, McKenzie Lovett; brothers, Robert (JoAnn) Sproles, Cecil Sproles, Ronald Sproles; sister, Linda (Jim) Watson; brother-in-law, Gary (Brenda) McDonald; and other extended family.</p>

<p>He was born December 31, 1925 in Owen County, Indiana as the son of Ismael O. and Mary Alice Staley White.  He graduated from Patricksburg High School and continued with vocational training in electronics.  During World War II he served in the U.S. Army with the 303<sup>rd</sup> Infantry Regi8ment, 97<sup>th</sup> Infantry Division until his Honorable Discharge February 1, 1946.  He married Florence L. Frye December 31, 1950 in Coal City, IN.</p>
<p>He worked as an electronics technician in his own business and at area companies including Arketex, Ringo Sawmill, and Hoosier Hardwoods.  He was a member of the Pleasantview Baptist Church in Coal City, IN.  He was an amateur radio operator, member of the Military Affiliate Radio System (M.A.R.S.), the American Legion, NRA, and a lifetime member of the VFW.</p>
<p>He was preceded in death by his parents; and three sisters, Grace (Woodrow) Leohr, Lorene (Ernest) Dubois, and Louise (Troy) Kelley.</p>
<p>He is survived by his wife, Florence L. White; daughter, Ricki (Wayne) Loughmiller of Brazil; sons, Mickey (Kim) White of Terre Haute and Casey (Terri) White of Coal City; grandchildren, Lora (Brian) Hofmann of Terre Haute, Robert C. Loughmiller of Brazil, dale White of Brazil, and Drew White of Eaglin AFB FL; great grandchildren, Avery Loughmiller of Brazil and Nona White of West Terre Haute; sister Betty Sebastian of Peru; brothers-in-law, Dewey (Kathleen) Frye, Tharron G. Frye, Harlan (Nancy) Frye, Vic Frye, and Randy (Lea) Frye; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.</p>
