Robert “Bob” W. Webster, Jr. 65, passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at his home in Terre Haute. He was born on June 28, 1951 in Brazil, Indiana to the late Robert W. Webster Sr. and Mazie (Frazier) Webster. Bob graduated from Brazil High School in 1969 and went on to serve his country in the United States Marine Corps. He married Pamela Orender on October 25, 2000 and worked as a parts and service manager for several car dealerships in the area.

Bob enjoyed watching IU Basketball, but his passion was umpiring softball. He officiated for 31 years, umpiring over 8000 league games, 150 State Championships, and 3 National Tournaments. He was a member of the American Legion and a past member of Brazil Rotary Club.

Mr. Webster was preceded in death by his son, Robert W. Webster, III; and sisters, Josephine Thomas, Mary Bartlett, Jerry Mae Kearney.

Sister: Noealena Pierce, California

Grandchildren: Samuel, Evan, Lilah, Rebecca, Daniel, Jr., Jasmine, Jessica, Alexis, Amber Leigh, Stephanie, and Sawyer

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Moore Funeral Home in Brazil was entrusted with Bob's cremation arrangements.
