Sophie Faith Woodyard of Chrisman, IL, age 6 weeks, died Thursday, February 9, 2012.
Sophie was born December 26, 2012 at Regional Hospital in Terre Haute, IN as the daughter of Thomas Anthony and Amber Chambers Woodyard.
She was preceded in death by her great grandmother, Edith Price.
She is survived by her parents; sister, Ashlyn; brother, Ty; grandparents, Cathy and Jack Simmons, Owen Chambers, Thomas and Wilma Woodyard, and Liz and Daryl Davis; aunts, Jackie Simmons, Denise Hollingsworth, Monica Woodyard, and Amy DeVelliz; uncle James Price; great grandparents, Irene and Willis Woodyard; and other extended family.
Private funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, February 15th at New Life Fellowship, 7849 Wabash Ave., Terre Haute with Pastor Jeffrey Harpole officiating. Burial will follow at Hoult Cemetery in Chrisman, IL.
