Benjamin “Benji” Courtney

Benjamin “Benji” Courtney, 28, passed away Sunday, August 25, 2019 as the result of a tragic motorcycle accident. He was born in Terre Haute, Indiana on June 29, 1991, and attended Northview High School, and worked for Poor Boys Wrecker Service.

Benji had a great sense of humor, he had a very candid way of telling you how it was, and took great pleasure in embarrassing anyone he could. He loved working, and could literally fix anything. Animals loved being near Benji, and he enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Mark Shipp.

Funeral services will be held at 5:00 P.M. Saturday, August 31, 2019 at Moore Funeral Home in Brazil. The family will accept friends for visitation on Saturday from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for assistance with funeral arrangements.
