Mary went to school at Bridgeton and East Chicago Washington.  Raised in the country of Parke County, Mary loved mushroom hunting and swimming in the creek.  She especially enjoyed going to church and church camp.

Mary worked at US Steel and Lowell Manufacturing plant while living in Gary and Crown Point. After she moved back to Clay county, she cleaned houses and worked at the Awesome Kids Day Care.
