Richard “Rusty” Thomas Langley, Jr., 55, passed away Sunday November 19, 2017 at his home in Clay City. He was born in Whiteland, Indiana on April 12, 1962 to the late Richard Langley and Lona Jeanne (Burke) Langley. Rusty worked for himself most of his life trimming trees and doing landscaping. He was a member of the General Assembly and Church of the First Born.
Rusty enjoyed mushroom hunting, fishing, playing poker, drawing, and playing pranks. He loved spending time with the children in the family.
Mr. Langley was preceded in death by his brothers, David Ray Langley and Joshua Duane Langley.
Survivors Include:
Brother: Hardy (Jenny) Langley, Clay City, Indiana
Sister: Rainna Langley, Pauls Valley, Oklahoma
Sister-in-law: Brandy Langley, Clay City, Indiana
Several Nieces, Nephews and other extended family.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday November 24, 2017 at Moore Funeral Home in Brazil with Pastor Mike Day officiating and burial to follow at Poplar Cemetery. The family will accept friends for visitation on Friday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the family, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
