Paragon, Indiana

Steven T. Goss, 50, passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, March 1, 2018. He was born in Martinsville, Indiana on June 25, 1967 to Ula Frank Goss who precedes him in death and Patricia (Nix) Goss. Steve attended Eminence High School, and married Mary Clark on July 22, 1989. He devoted his career to the Morgan County Sheriff’s Department, currently serving as a Warrant Officer. Steve had recently been awarded the Medal of Valor.

Steve was a hard working family man, devoted to his boys and grandchildren. He never met a stranger, loved being in the company of friends, and the law enforcement community. Steve spent his spare time hunting mushrooms and ginseng, watching Steelers Football and working in his construction business.

Many Nieces, Nephews and other extended family members

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday at Mt. Gilead Church in Mooresville with Pastor Kevin Short officiating and burial with honors to follow at Olive Church Cemetery. The family will accept friends for visitation at the church on Sunday from 4:00-8:00 P.M.
