Betsy Ann France Mercer, 66, went to be with the Lord on August 22, 2019 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born on December 1, 1952 in Brazil to the late Edmond and Lucy (Phillips) France. Betsy graduated from Van Buren High School in 1971, and worked for Wal-Mart Distribution.

Betsy loved being around her friends and family, especially watching her grand babies. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted E. Mercer.

               Tracy Frazier, Brazil, Indiana

    Daughter:    Carrie (Tony) Mills, Brazil, Indiana

    Sister:        Connie (Tom) Albright, Brazil, Indiana

    Brother:    Terry (Becky) France, Brazil, Indiana

    Grandchildren:    Jared Ross

                Alexandria, Kayla, and Devon Frazier

                Kaylee (Matt) Rogers

                Brooklee Trout

    Great-Grandchildren:    Dreyson, Colton, Mayson, Scarlett, Savannah

    Several Nieces, Nephews, and other extended family

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, August 28, 2019 at Moore Funeral Home in Brazil with Pastor Brook Reinoehl officiating and burial to follow at Clearview Cemetery. The family will accept friends for visitation on Wednesday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service.
