Carl Archer, Jr., 95, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. He was born in Rosedale on August 19, 1925 to the late Carl and Grace Archer. Carl graduated from Rosedale High School and served his country in the United States Navy and Army. He then went to work for the civil service and was based at the Rock Island Arsenal in Illinois. Carl enjoyed mushroom hunting and spending time with family and friends. He was preceded in death by an infant brother.

Survivors include his wife, Nyla Archer; sister, JoAnn Holtz, as well as several nieces.

Moore Funeral Home in Brazil was entrusted with Carl’s cremation arrangements.
