Carol (Brankey) Harmon

Carol Harmon, 80, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2025 surrounded by her family at the Waters of Sullivan. She was born on December 7, 1944 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Harold Brankey, Sr. And Carol (Mathison) Brankey. Carol married Sanford Harmon, and attended the Annunciation Catholic Church.

Carol was very crafty, she loved making things out of popsicle sticks, drawing and painting. She also enjoyed playing cards and spending time with friends and family. Carol was preced in death by her husband Sanford, and her daughter Kathleen Grubb.

Survivors include her son, Marcus (Chasity) Harmon; daughters, Christine (Gene) Bradbury, andCandy (Christopher) Hammond; grandchildren, Nikki (Micheal) DiNino, Nykola Patterson, Edward Reeves, Michael (Kay Marie) Hammond, Zackary (Leann Bealmear) Patterson, Richie Grubb, Destiny (Tanner) Stevens, Jason Grubb, and Tristan Hammond; and Seven Great-Grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, February 18, 2025 at Moore Funeral Home in Brazil. The family will accept friends for visitation in Tuesday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service.
