Carol Ann Stagg, 71, went to be with her Lord and Savior on November 25, 2020 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. She was born on October 6, 1949 in Crawfordsville, Indiana to the late Max and Eileen (Schoenheider) Hutchison. Carol graduated from Fountain Central High School in 1967, and earned her Master’s in Education from Indiana State University. She married Jerry Stagg on February 14, 1984, and spent 42 years teaching for Clay Community Schools.

Carol’s passion was singing southern gospel music, reading, and taking long drives with Jerry. In recent years, she loved spending time with family and caring for her grandchildren.

    Brother:    Mark (Susie) Hutchison, Crawfordsville, Indiana

    Sisters:    Cindy (Newell) Stalbaum, Valparaiso, Indiana

            Laura Bennett-Gowens, Lebanon, Indiana

            Karen Noles, St. Louis, Missouri
