Clarence Treash, 88, passed away Monday May 13, 2019 at Cloverleaf Healthcare in Knightsville. He was born in Clay County on February 8, 1931 to the late George and Luella (Neal) Treash. Clarence attended Van Buren High School, and served his country in the United States Marines during the Korean War. He later married Arlene Rodgers who preceded him in death, and retired from Pillsbury after 25 years.
In his free time he enjoyed being in his garage, working on mowers, tending his garden, cooking, eating, singing, and spending time with friends and family. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Walter and Herb; as well as four sisters, Midge Stultz, Louise Wallace, Bertha Morgan, and Linda Phillips; grandson, Michael David Treash; and his grandson-in-law, Paul Shonk.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday May 18, 2019 at Moore Funeral Home in Brazil with Pastor Rich Carmichael officiating and burial with military honors to follow at Clearview Cemetery. The family will accept friends for visitation on Saturday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service.
