Clark Curtis Hartman

Clark Curtis Hartman, 64, passed away Wednesday June 14, 2023 at his home in Brazil surrounded by family. He was born in Clinton, Indiana on October 7, 1958 to the late Guy C. And Mary K. (Sluder) Hartman. Clark graduated from Rosedale High School in 1977, and married Pam Burk on March 19, 1982. Right after high school Clark went to work at Indiana Gas and Chemical, and then spent 35 years working at Great Dane Trailers in Brazil.

Clark was a workaholic, spending his down time working on machinery, mowing grass, or farming. When he wasn’t busy, he liked spending time with family and friends, enjoying a meal, and of course a big glass of sweet tea.

Survivors include his wife of 41 years, Pam Hartman; daughters, Reanna (David) Winkle of Rockville, Taylor Hartman of Indianapolis; brother, Mark (Judi) Hartman of Rosedale; sister, Carol Ann (Mike) Miller of Rosedale; grandchildren, Desi Burk, Lane Deverick; great-grandson, Gunner, as well as several nieces, nephews and other extended family.

A celebration of Clark’s life will be held at 7:00 P.M. Monday June 19, 2023 at Moore Funeral Home in Brazil with Pastor Jeff Bridgewater officiating. The family will accept friends for visitation on Monday from 5:00 P.M. until the time of service.
