David Keith Anderson, 47, passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at the Gibson Hospice Center in Terre Haute. He was born on August 30, 1973 in Terre Haute to the late Lance Anderson and late Vicki Sue (Thompson) Frees. David graduated from Northview High School in the class of 1991, and played the trombone in the marching band. He later attended the University of Evansville.
David worked multiple jobs which included construction, a prison guard, and most recently a truck driver at Advanced Express, Inc in Brazil with his brothers. When David was not working he enjoyed farming, cooking, and antiques. He was known for being a dramatic story teller, and always cracked witty jokes.
David is preceded in death by his parents; aunt, Sally Hamilton; uncle, Scott Anderson; and cousin, Jory Anderson.
Survivors include Kaytie Bell of Brazil, who is like a daughter; brothers, Phillip (Marcella) Anderson of Clinton, Anthony Anderson of Clinton, Robert (Tracey) Anderson of Cloverdale; sister, Jacqueline (Todd) Brackman of Crawfordsville; aunt, Barb (Tim) Edler of Terre Haute; as well as many nieces, nephews, and other extended family members and friends.
Moore Funeral Home in Brazil has been entrusted with David’s cremation arrangements. Burial at Clearview Cemetery will take place at a later date. Donations may be made in David’s honor to Kindred Hospice located at 4122 S 7th Street, Terre Haute, Indiana 47802.
