Dennis Alan Coffey

Dennis Alan Coffey, 66, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at his home surrounded by family. He was born on December 31, 1956 in Crawfordsville, Indiana to the late Harvey Coffey and Anna (Lewis) Long. Dennis attended Mooresville High School, and worked at Automotive Amateur. He married Cindy Eggers on August 11, 1975. In his free time, Dennis enjoyed watching wrestling and NASCAR, shooting pool, having bonfires and spending time with his family. 

Dennis is preceded in death by his son, Dennis Coffey, Jr.; brothers, Gary and Buddy Coffey; and sisters, Cathy Coffey and Nettie Bush. Survivors include his wife, Cindy Coffey of Brazil; sons, Harley and Robert Coffey of Brazil; daughter, Cynthia (Andrew) Cline of Terre Haute; brothers, David Coffey of Indianapolis, Frank Coffey of Reelsville; sisters, Betty Rose Elmore of Indianapolis, Marlene Neal of Indianapolis; grandchildren, Taylor, William, Kaitlyn, Kyle, Owen Bell, and Tyler and Lily Coffey; great-grandchildren, Leah, Sam, Dakotuh, Rainy, Robyn, and Bradley; as well as several extended family members. 

Moore Funeral Home in Brazil has been entrusted with Dennis’ cremation arrangements.
