Elissa K. Parr, 71, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute after a brief illness. She was born on February 28, 1955 in Brazil, Indiana to the late Joel and Barbara (Winkler) Gallez. Lisa graduated from Brazil High School in 1973 and married Robert Parr, Jr. on February 18, 1989. She worked at St. Vincent Clay for over 30 years until she retired to enjoy her family.

She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was an extreme animal lover and advocate. She was also a huge fan of the Survivor tv show, everyone knew that they better not bother her when she was watching it. Lisa was preceded in death by her Mother Barbara Gallez, father Joel Gallez, sister Christy Ann, father in law Bob Parr, Brother in law David Parr.

Survivors include her Spouse, Robert Parr Jr.; Children Kristi (John) Batchelor, Nick (Nikki) Girton, Jeremy Parr; Grandkids, John (Sam) Batchelor, Zach Batchelor, Chloee Batchelor, Libby (Alan) Manning, Avery (Kevin) Smith, Carson Girton, Cheyenne Parr; Great-grandkids, Lucas Batchelor, Jackson Smith, Maren Smith; Mother-in-Law, Beverly Parr; Brothers-in-law, Dan (Corky) Parr, Joe (Tammy) Parr; Sister-in-law, Annie Parr; as well as her nieces and nephews, Noah Parr, Maddie Parr, Shandi Parr, Shayle (Cogan) Keith, Shasta (Seth) Payton.

A celebration of Lisa’s life will be held from 5:00-7:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at Moore Funeral Home in Brazil.
