Harold D. Osborn, Jr., 51, passed away unexpectedly on June 9, 2026 at his home in Seelyville. He was born on April 3, 1975 in Terre Haute, Indiana to the late Harold Osborn, Sr. And Iris (McKinney) Fagg. Harold attended Terre Haute North High School, and was a painter for the Local 197. He married Bobbi Price on July 4, 1998, and they are members of the Union United Christian Church.

Harold had a servants heart, he was a member of the Seelyville Volunteer Fire Department for 30 years, and served as the Fire Chief for 16 years. Harold was am founding member of the Fire Fighter Honor Guard, and EMT for 26 years, and a reserve deputy for the Vigo Sheriff’s Department. Harold also was a member of Masonic Lodge #19 in Terre Haute.

While most of his time was spent helping others, he loved spending time with his boys in the garage and playing with his grandchildren. Harold enjoyed fishing, attending football games, smoking meat, and mowing the yard.

Harold was preceded in death by his father, Harold; mother and step-father, Iris and Ronald Fagg; sister, Lisa Osborn; and nephew, Justin Judson.

Survivors include his wife, Bobbi Osborn; sons, Harold (Victoria) Osborn Juan (Savannah) Popoca; daughters, Trista Osborn, Jasmin (Des Franklin) Osborn, Grace Gehring, and Olivia Gehring; sisters, Lora Osborn and Lana Osborn; grandchildren, Jameson Osborn, Lillian Osborn, Larry Pilkington, Jr., Olivia Popoca, Bryson Popoca, Hudson Popoca, Emma Hunter, and Isabella Hunter; as well as several nieces, nephews and other extended family.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 P.M. Saturday at the Maryland Community Church (4700 State Road 46, Riley, Indiana) with Pastor Tom Hess officiating. The family will accept friends for visitation on Saturday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service.
