Harvey Lewis Morrison, 78, passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at Regional Hospital in Terre Haute. He was born on July 11, 1941 in Jasonville, Indiana to the late Louis Morrison and Mayme (Leturgez) Miller. Harvey graduated from Shakamak High School in 1959, and met his future wife Linda Jones in 1973, they were married in November of 1977. He worked at the brick plant, and later retired as a supervisor at the Putnamville Correctional Institution. In his free time he enjoyed being outdoors, hunting and fishing. Harvey also enjoyed watching NASCAR, Indiana University basketball, spending time with family and friends, and his daily lunches at the VFW. 

He was preceded in death by his sister and brother in law, Patricia (Bill) Mears.

            Leslee (Christopher) Uryga, Brownsburg, Indiana

            Ashlee (Joshua) Smith, Terre Haute, Indiana

A celebration of Harvey’s life will be held at 7:00 P.M. Sunday, August 18, 2019 at Moore Funeral Home in Brazil with Pastor Jeff Bridgewater officiating. The family will welcome friends to share memories on Sunday from 5:00 P.M. until the time of service.
