Jeffrey “Odie” Dalton, 64, passed away Sunday, April 5, 2026 after a short stay at the Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care. He was born on April 10, 1961 in Bedford, Indiana to the late Jack and Bonnie (Baker) Dalton. Jeff graduated from Brazil High School, and married E. Kaie Parks on October 5, 1998. He loved being an Ironworker and retired from the Local 22 in 2020.
Jeff loved spending time with his family, watching TV with Kaie, and loving his grandbabies. He enjoyed tinkering in with anything mechanical, riding his Harley, mushroom hunting, and gardening.
Survivors include his wife, E. Kaie Dalton; son, Josh (Rachel) Dalton; daughters, Kem Boetjer, and Ashley Dalton; sisters, Debi (Randy) Megenhardt and Jackie Rose; grandchildren, Coledon (Sarah) Boetjer, Oceaia Boetjer; Brooke (Nate) Kimmet, Camdon Dalton and Atlas Dalton; 6 great-grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.
Moore Funeral Home was entrusted with his cremation arrangements.
