Jeffrey Allen Torbert, 41, passed away Monday, May 13, 2024 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. He was born on November 3, 1982 in Brazil to Mark Torbert and Lana (Skeens) Hallett. Jeff graduated from Northview High School in 2002, and most recently worked for Road Ranger.

He had a huge heart, and always had a smile. Jeff loved to collect all things, he enjoyed working and watching movies. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lana Hallett; and grandparents, Bill Torbert, Hilda Torbert and Paul Skeens.

Survivors include his father, Mark (Robin) Torbert; girlfriend, Amanda Youngblood; sister, Bridget (Jeremy) Torbert Franck; brothers, Caleb Hallett, Jason (Breezie) Hutcheson, and Matthew (Jessica) Hutcheson.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Monday, May 20, 2024 at Moore Funeral Home in Brazil with Pastor John Pierce officiating. The family will accept friends for visitation on Monday from 2:00 P.M. until the time of service.
