Jerry W. Hadley, 69, passed away Sunday, July 6, 2025 at his home in Brazil surrounded by his family. He was born in Anderson, Indiana on July 20, 1955,  to the late Wilbur and Phyllis (Perry) Hadley, 6 minutes prior to his twin brother Jack. Jerry graduated from Thomas Carr High School in Indianapolis with the class of 1974. He then enlisted in the United States Air Force, and continued to served his country for another 25 years in the United States Air National Guard 181st Fighter Wing Division before retiring in 2003.

Jerry loved to travel, visiting and living all over the world including the Philippines, Alaska, Kansas, Germany, Italy, Turkey, Afghanistan, and Las Vegas. He also met Robert Kennedy, Julia Roberts, Brad Pitt and George Clooney. Jerry was an avid outdoorsman, that loved chasing whitetails. He was a volunteer firefighter, and a member of the American Legion Post 2, the VFW and the NRA.

Jerry was preceded in death by his brother Jack.

Survivors include his daughters, Nicole, Jayme and Ivy; brother, Christopher; sisters, Debbie, Susan, and Dawn; grandchildren, Blake, Brevin, Bo, Jordan, Aniken, Colby, Noah, Harmony, Kyden, Colton, and Emerson; as well as several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, July 10, 2025 at Moore Funeral Home in Brazil. The family will accept friends for visitation on Thursday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service. He will be laid to rest at Arlington Cemetery in Arlington, Indiana on Friday, July 11, 2025.
