Lainey Kessing, 70  passed away Monday, January 29, 2024 at her home in Brazil. She was born in Indiana on February 26, 1953 to the late Ted Haxton and Diana (Cooke) Liberty. Lainey earned her Associates Degree from Ivy Tech, and retired from Crane Naval Base.

In her free time she enjoyed making jewelry, traveling, and reading. She was preceded in death by her son, Cameron Cesinger, and her step-father, Jerry Rowe.

Survivors include her daughter, Cordia (Lars) Mickelson; brothers, Jim (Dean) Rowe and David Rowe; step-brothers, Craig and Eddie Rowe; sister, Kate Rowe; grandchildren, Lillian and Larsen Mickelson; nephews, Aaron and Cory Rowe; nieces, Tianna Rowe, Mikki Jones, and Cambria Perez.

Moore Funeral Home in Brazil was entrusted with Lainey’s cremation arrangements. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
