A graveside service for Larry and Patricia Lawson will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at Summit Lawn Cemetery in Brazil. 

Larry "Huck" Reed Lawson, 91, of Titusville passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2024 while surrounded by his loving family. Huck was born on December 24, 1932 to the late Reed and Beatrice(Ripple) Lawson in Staunton, IN. Huck married his sweetheart Patricia V. Lake Lawson on September 25, 1954 and moved to Titusville in 1960. Larry retired from Kennedy Space Center, United Space Alliance as a high-crew rigger in 1998. Huck was a former member of the Senior Center Card Club, an avid fisherman, enjoyed hunting mushrooms in the Indiana Spring. But, most of all he enjoyed his time as a loving husband, father and grandfather. Other than his parents Huck is preceded in death by his wife of fifty-eight years, Patricia; son Michael (Debra) Lawson and sister Lois Kroesen and son in-law Kevin Short. He will be greatly missed by his children Belinda Lawson-Short of Mims, Dale Lawson of Titusville, Deidre (Gary) Bauer or Rowlett, TX; grandchildren Donald Lawson of Titusville, Katy, Megan, Sara Bauer of Rowlett, TX




Patricia V. Lawson

Patricia V. Lawson, age 76, of Titusville, died Tuesday, February 21, 2012, at Parrish Medical Center. She was born June 27, 1935, in Terre Haute, Indiana, to the late Lawrence Leo and Lucille Lambert Lake. She moved to Titusville in 1960 and retired from CSR at Cape Canaveral. Patt was a member of Space Coast Quilt Guild and loved her family and sewing.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Larry Lawson; children, Linda (Kevin) Short; Michael (Debbie) Lawson, Dale Lawson, all of Titusville, and Deidre (Gary) Bauer of Rowlett, TX; grandchildren, Donny Lawson of Titusville and Katy, Megan and Sara Bauer of Rowlett, TX; sister, Judy Thompson of Terre Haute, IN; brother, Lawrence (Penny) Lake of Odenville, AL; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one nephew.
