Michael Robinson, 74, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at his home in Brazil. He was born in Lafayette, Indiana on November 23, 1951 to the late Donald and Jackie (Hull) Robinson. Mike graduated from Benton Central High School, and earned his bachelors degree from Indiana State University. He married Diane Seprodi on August 31, 1974. Mike worked in sales for HH Gregg, and was a member of the Annunciation Catholic Church where he held several offices throughout the years. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus, Legion of Mary, and was the director of both the Clay County Emergency Food Pantry and the St. Vincent De Paul Food Pantry.
Mike was an avid golfer, often organizing events at Oak Ridge Golf Course where he worked part time. He enjoyed playing sports, and watching them as well. He gained great joy watching his son and grandson compete, and was looking forward to watching Lanie’s tennis season. Mike also enjoyed spending time with family, and fellowship with friends from the Knights of Columbus. He will be missed by everyone that knew him.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Diane; son, Brandon (Tori) Robinson; brother, Jeff Robinson; sister, Cindy Estes; grandchildren, Reid and Lanie; as well as several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, January 23, 2026 at Annunciation Catholic Church in Brazil with a private burial to follow at Justus Cemetery in Oxford, Indiana. The family will accept friends for visitation on Thursday from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at Moore Funeral Home in Brazil. memorial contributions may be made to the Clay County Emergency Food Pantry, St. Vincent De Paul Food Pantry, or the Community Theatre.
