Millard Joseph Cox, 86, passed away Monday, February 24, 2020 at his home. He was born in Knightsville, Indiana on February 28, 1933 to the late Walter and Naoma (Jones) Cox. Millard attended Van Buren High School, and earned his associates degree from IUPUI. He worked as an electrician for Lonestar Cement for many years.
Millard married Nancy Cope on February 27, 1953, they are members of the Lena United Methodist Church. He loved spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing, and looking for mushrooms. Millard also enjoyed bowling, and spending time with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Cox, and sister Rosella Cox Stearley.

A celebration of Millard’s life will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday February 29, 2020 at the Lena United Methodist Church. Moore Funeral Home was entrusted with his cremation arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Intrepid Hospice of Terre Haute.
