Penny Pritchard, 58, passed away Wednesday, January 29, 2025 at her home in Reelsville. She was born in Greencastle, Indiana on March 27, 1966 to Charles “Skip” and Polly (Swim) Sullivan. Penny graduated from Van Buren High School, and went on to marry Randy Pritchard on May 22, 1987.

Penny was a dedicated homemaker, who enjoyed caring for her family. She enjoyed canning, cooking and baking. Although she was legally blind, she learned to crotchet in her free time. Penny was preceded in death by her father, Charles Sullivan; and her mother and father in law, Bernice and Jeanie Pritchard.

Survivors include her mother, Polly Sullivan; husband of 37 years, Randy Pritchard; son, Joe (Leigh) Pritchard; daughter, Larissa (Calvin) Hughes; brothers, Allen “Sparky” (Martha) Sullivan, and Mark (Lynn) Sullivan; grandchildren, Britnee Hardey, Jade Goggins, Gracie Pritchard, Marleigh Pritchard; Quinn Hughes, Bryson Hughes, and Brynlee Hughes; as well as several nieces, nephews and other extended family members.

Penny will be laid to rest at Calcutta Cemetery in a private graveside service. Moore Funeral Home in Brazil was entrusted with her arrangements.
