Robert “Bob” Query, 88, passed away Saturday, June 8, 2024 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born in Atkinsonville, Indiana on October 26, 1935 to the late Harold “Pete” and Alice (Bullerdick) Query. Bob graduated from Patricksburg High School in 1953, and was drafted into the United States Army. He worked for Allison Transmission until he retired in 1991

Bob enjoyed fishing, attending auctions, and spending time with his family and friends. He also loved making maple syrup with his dad and brothers, and sharing recipes with his sister when he wasn’t giving her a hard time. Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Diane Query; and brothers, Stanley Oran Query and Edward Dean Query.

Survivors include his daughters, Teresa Query, Vicki (Keith) Tingle and Sheila Bain; mother of his children, Sharon Query; Companion of 17 years, Judy Stevenson; brothers, Allen Wayne Query and William Gene Query; sister, Beverly Ann Padget; 9 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews and other extended family.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, June 13, 2024 at Moore Funeral Home in Brazil with Pastor Jeff Bridgewater officiating and burial to follow at Wilkerson Cemetery in Poland. The family will accept friends for visitation on Thursday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service.
