Roger Myers, 72, passed away Monday, June 28, 2021 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute. He was born in Montezuma, Indiana on August 23, 1948 to the late Roy C. and Anna (Allen) Myers. Roger graduated from Montezuma High School, and worked as a correctional officer at Putnamville Correctional Facility, and later worked at Securitas as a security guard at Great Dane. Roger enjoyed dogs, especially Boxers, and was a life long member of the MLB. He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Leigh Myers; brothers, Roy C. Myers, Jr., Alfred Myers, John Myers, Rodney Myers and William R. Myers; sister, Sue Meadows. 

Roger is survived by two brothers, Bob (Doris) Myers, of Crawfordsville, and Kenneth Myers of Odessa, Texas; sister, Sheri (Tom) Harmeson of Zephyrhills, Florida; several nieces, nephews and other extended family.

Moore Funeral Home in Brazil was entrusted with Roger’s cremation arrangements. A graveside service at Bono Cemetery will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Monday, August 2, 2021.
