Ronald E. Styleburg, Sr., 82, passed away Friday, May 31, 2024 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on October 11, 1941 to the late Elizabeth (Vanhook) Hubbard. He married Nancy Gaut on March 12, 1960, and spent his career as a truck driver.

Ron loved spending time with his family, especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In his free time he enjoyed fishing, and tinkering in his yard. Ron was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy; son, Ronnie Styleburg; and his brothers, George and Charlie Albright.

Survivors include his son, Chris (Tina) Styleburg; daughter, Tammy Phillips; brother, Rick (Chris) Albright; sisters, Mary (Ken) Berry, Pat (Larry) Walls, and Rita Hood; grandchildren, Michael Phillips, Daniel Phillips, Marcus Styleburg, T.J. (Shelby) Tilley and Tori Tilley; great-grandchildren, Addison, Piper, Maximus, Bryanah, Huxley, Holt, Brooks, Bennett, Maggie, and Bella; as well as several nieces, nephews, and other extended family members.

A celebration of Ron’s life will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, June 8, 2024 at the Knightsville Community Center. Ron and Nancy will be laid to rest at Calcutta Cemetery.
