Samuel James Watts, with hearts full of love and sorrow, we announce the passing of our precious baby boy on December 10, 2025. Samuel James who was born into this world and into our hearts, and lived for 12 beautiful hours. Though his time with us was brief, his impact will last a lifetime.
During those precious hours, he was deeply loved, held, and cherished. He knew only warmth, comfort, and the sound of loving voices. In his short life, he taught us the depth of love, the fragility of life, and the strength of the human heart.
He is survived by his loving parents Raylea Dilley and Brent Watts. His grandparents David and Trista Dilley, Ron Watts Jr. (Cherity Boyd) and Shelly Cook. Great-Grandparents Jim and Rhonda Fisher, Lynn and Barry Peters, and Goldie Watts. And his Great-Great grandmother Mary Dunn Quakenbush along with several other aunts, uncles and extended family who will forever carry him in their hearts.
He is proceeded in death and greeted in Heaven by his Uncle Blake Dilley, his Great-Grandparents Larry Dilley, Karen Thompson, and Ron Watts Sr. and his Great-Aunt Danyel Dilley.
Samuel is now held in the arms of angels, wrapped in peace, and free from pain. Though we did not get to watch him grow, we will always be his parents, and he will always be our son.
Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever our baby.
