Shirley (Pope) Moore
Obituary
Shirley Moore, 82, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Monday, March 20, 2023 at Cloverleaf Healthcare in Knightsville. She was born on September 15, 1940 in Kennett, Missouri to the late Emil T. and Elsie (Pope) Galbert. Shirley graduated from Brazil High School in 1959, and married Robert Moore on August 29, 1959. She was a seamstress at Old Glory Decorators in Brazil for over 40 years before retiring. Shirley loved the Lord and was a long time member of Good Tidings Tabernacle.
Shirley is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Moore; granddaughter, Triston Nichole Moore; and brother, Harold T. Galbert. Survivors include her son, Robert Moore of Brazil; grandson, Trace (Brittany) Moore of Tampa, Florida; as well as several extended family members.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Summit Lawn Cemetery in Brazil with Pastor Jeff Bridgewater officiating. The family will accept friends for visitation from 1:00 P.M. until the time of service.
