Thomas Treadway, 83, passed away Monday, June 9, 2025 while on vacation in the Wisconsin Dells. He was born on June 16, 1941 in Farmersburg, Indiana to the late Thomas and Ethel Treadway. Tom attended Hymera High School, and retired from Kroger after 35 years of service. He married Donna Mahurin on May 12, 1961.

Tom volunteered his free time to help with Christmas in the Park, and helped with the Jackson Community Building. He enjoyed going on vacation, collecting antiques, and listening to country music. Tom also loved spending time with his family, and attending the grandkids sporting events. He was preceded in death by his wife Donna; his brothers, Jim Treadway, Ralph Treadway, Larry Treadway, Donnie Treadway, and Bobby Evitts; his sister, Alice Harrison; and grandson, Eric Jordan.

Survivors include his son, Eddie (Teresa) Treadway; bonus son, Cory (Mandy) Roberts; daughter, Sherry (Marty) Chapman; bonus daughter, Chelsea (Patrick) Dighton; sister, Nancy (Bobby) Hill; grandchildren, Jerry (Lacey) Jordan, Brigitte (Frank) Smith, Lacey (Tony) Barnett, and Thomas Chapman; 19 Great-Grandchildren; 2 Great-Great Grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews and other extended family.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at Moore Funeral Home in Brazil with Pastor Rob Dispennett officiating and burial to follow at Restlawn Cemetery. The family will accept friends for visitation on Wednesday from 11:00 A.M. until the time of service.
