Betty Balder

Betty Balder, 96, passed away Sunday June 4, 2017 at Cloverleaf Healthcare in Knightsville. She was born the daughter of David Orman and Minnie (Shipman) Orman in Terre Haute, Indiana on December 20, 1920. She married Philip B. Balder on June 5, 1937, and retired from K-Mart. Betty enjoyed oil painting, china painting, and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday June 7, 2017 at Moore Funeral Home in Brazil with Pastor Rob Dispennett officiating and burial to follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Clay City. The family will accept friends for visitation on Wednesday from 12:00 Noon until the time of service.
