Dallas Grover King Sr., 51, passed away Friday, April 28, 2017 at Columbus Regional Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Brazil, Indiana on June 26, 1965 to the late Thomas King and Sandra “Kay” Smith Bussing. Dal graduated from Van Buren High School in the class of 1983, and operated D&L Lawn and Landscape with his wife, Lori. He enjoyed racing, playing golf, playing cornhole, painting, and spending time with his family and friends. Dallas was preceded in death by his step-father, Chuck Bussing; Mother-in-law, Jayne Cruse, and step-son, James Shepard.

A celebration of Dallas’s Life and pitch in dinner will be held at 1:00 P.M., Sunday May 21, 2017 at the Forest Park Cow Palace. Moore Funeral Home in Brazil has been entrusted with his cremation arrangements.
