Eric Ray Jack, 45, passed away Tuesday July 4, 2017 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana. He was born in Brazil, Indiana on February 20, 1972 to the late Lolita Jack. Eric enjoyed watching NASCAR, Sponge Bob, and vintage wrestling. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lolita Jack, Grandparents, Wayne and Agnes Jack, and uncle Billy Jack.

Survivors Include:

Brother: Steven Jack, Brazil, Indiana

Cousin: Riley Decker, Brazil, Indiana

Several cousins in the Brazil and Rockville area

A graveside service will be held at a later date at Calcutta Cemetery in Brazil. Moore Funeral Home was entrusted with Eric’s cremation arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hux Cancer Center (1711 N. 6th 1/2 St. #100, Terre Haute, Indiana 47804).
